By using Zentile ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These Terms apply to all users of Zentile.
Zentile is a free, offline-first tile launcher and bookmark organizer. All data is stored in your browser's local storage. No account or internet connection is required to use the core features.
Zentile is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use it to organize links, files, tools, and other resources for yourself or your team.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own backups. Use the Export feature regularly to download your hubs as .hub files. FusionLoop AI LLC is not responsible for data loss resulting from browser clearing, device failure, or other causes.

Zentile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the app working well, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
FusionLoop AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zentile, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may update Zentile and these Terms at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
